It’s been nothing else but amazing! Every lesson is more and more fun and exciting. I can’t say enough good things about Jeannie, who is a fantastic personal trainer and all-round excellent human. I’ve been training with her since March of this year in powerlifting and the progress I’ve made in just three months (!) has blown me away. Weights have gone way up but more importantly technique has become rock solid, which is a key priority for me. Jeannie is incredibly knowledgeable, breaks down tricky exercises in ways that even my sleep-addled brain can handle early in the morning, and is highly empathetic and listens to what my body is trying to tell me. She also knows just how far to challenge me, and every time she’s suggested I can handle another 2.5kg on the bar, she’s always been right. I love every session with Jeannie and have never felt so strong, a mindset that now spills out into areas of my life. I can’t sing her praises enough!
I have been training with Jeannie for just over 4 months. My goal was to gain strength and be consistent and Jeannie helped me achieve just that. Not only is she highly accomodating which helps you achieve consistency, but she also regularly checks in on me and alters my workouts based on my feedback. I couldn’t ask for anything more in a PT!

When I first started with Jeannie, I was honestly just in quite a plateau with my training. I went into the 12 week program with Jeannie with the goals of weight loss, toning, and getting overall stronger. Not only am I well on the way to achieving these goals, I have already learnt and practiced habits that will serve me long after achieving some weight loss.
Her love, care, humour, support, and nonjudgemental nature absolutely shows through every element of training with Jeannie. I haven’t had a single step of the journey that I haven’t felt supported. It’s like having your own personal cheerleader (except this one is actually educated, qualified, and knows what she’s talking about hahah).

I started training with Jeannie 3 months ago and I must say, it has been the one of the best decisions I have ever made! I started noticing changes in my body within the first month which has kept me super motivated to continue training with her! Jeannie will not only be your PT but also your friend. I love how encouraging she is, and how she motivates me between my sets (esp when I am complaining haha). She’s so passionate and knowledgeable about what she does, and it definitely shows in the individualised plans she curates! I’m so glad I found Jeannie, she has to be one of the most kind hearted person i have ever met. Finding Jeannie and getting in contact with her was a breeze, then the first initial consultation was great, she is so welcoming and is determined to help. Each training session with Jeannie is honestly breathtaking (in a good way) her encouragement and her drive to help you reach your goals is amazing. Jeannie is awesome! She’s extremely bubbly and motivating and tailored a program for my goals. She helped me smash my goals and I was able to finally beat the training plateau I’ve been struggling with for years. She’s more than a trainer and I really value her advice and everything I have learnt with her.
I’ve always been someone who hated exercising because I always fear failing and then hurting myself. However, since training with Jeannie, I’m slowly getting more and more confident every week. I can feel myself getting stronger and the fear to try things isn’t so strong when you have such a supportive trainer next to you. Her weekly check ins and chats throughout the weeks makes me feel like more of a friend than just a client. I can’t wait to continue my health journey and I’m so grateful Jeannie is the one helping me through it.

Jeannie has been my PT for the last 4 months, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with her. She has made me fall in love with strength training! Jeannie is a very knowledgeable PT who explains (and demonstrates) exercises very well. My favourite thing is that she explains clearly the reasons for each movement/action, that makes it easy for me to retain exercises. She is very observant about my progress, and knows exactly when to push me harder. With Jeannie around I don't worry about increasing the weight on my squats and deadlifts. Her gym is well-equipped and she keeps it very clean. Plus, she always has a fun playlist on which adds on to the whole experience. I'd recommend her without hesitation.

For someone who use to dislike the idea of exercising due to the fact that I was uncertain of where to begin and also because I lacked the confidence to take myself to the gym. After training with Jeannie for almost 7 months now, I have found myself starting to feel more confident and also excited to work out more regularly.
Her tailored programs has really allowed me to not only work towards my goals but also helped me build up my strength and confidence. I can definitely see myself getting stronger each week. I cannot recommend her enough!!
