Our programs are designed in collaboration with University qualified rehab professionals and experienced coaches with your goals in mind. Each program is individualised to your goals but expect to get stronger, fitter and more powerful.
Each session runs for 55 minutes but we understand if you’re busy and can design a shorter session for you that’s still effective.
Our private personal training sessions are capped at 4 people per session to make sure our coaches can give you the guidance you need.
We know you’re busy so we recommend training 2-3 times a week to help you hit your goals. You don’t need to train 6-7 days a week at the gym doing random workouts or cookie-cutter programs. Train smarter, not harder.
Yes, we have an app that you can jump on to book your sessions, cancel or reschedule in advance so you can work around your lifestyle.
We’re not your typical commercial gym. You need to be signed up to one of our packages and book your sessions in advance.
We know life gets in the way so if you can’t make it, you can cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance through our online booking app.
