Habitat Gym is our purpose-built gym designed in collaboration with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Certified Personal Trainer to provide you with the most effective and personalised training experience. Come and experience the difference with your own private personal training gym, and home away from home.

Once you book your initial consult, we will chat about what your goals are and find out why you want to train. We will conduct a movement screening and fitness testing to understand where you’re at. We use this to create a personalised program that’s perfect for you and your goals to unlock your strength, confidence and wellbeing.

Build

The first phase is about building a solid base and training you through the key movement patterns to set the foundations for the next phase.

Strong

Now that your foundations are set, you’re getting strong AF. You’re moving well, lifting heavier weights and feeling confident AF doing it too.

Habits

It takes 66 days to create a habit and you’ll be well on your way to making training a lifelong habit. It’ll become part of your busy routine, but you’ll make time for it because it won’t feel right skipping a session.

The consult is $99 and is redeemable on your first payment. If you decide not to join (but we’re pretty sure you’ll love us), we will refund your consult fee so it’s risk-free.

You can book your training when it suits you. Schedule your sessions, cancel and reschedule them easily around your work and life commitments.
Our programs are designed by university-qualified rehab professionals and experienced strength coaches so you’ll get the most effective workout that’ll give you maximum results in minimum time.
Our coaches will take the time to understand your goals and create a personalised training program just for you. Our sessions are run in small groups of 4 people with everyone working through their own program. Our coaches are there to guide you through your workout and provide you with the support you need.
We’re priced better than standard personal training sessions, as you’ll work in groups of up to 4 people, while still getting all the benefits of a personal training session and individual support in a private personal training gym away from crowded commercial gyms or group training. You’re not just another fob key swipe at Habitat Gym: it’s your home away from home. Our gym has been purpose-built to give you the most effective and personalised training experience. Our experienced coaches take the time to understand your goals, challenges, and lifestyle to create a bespoke training program just for you.
