Hands down the best PT Ever !! This is one of those rare places that just gets you. It’s private, never crowded, and super flexible with your schedule. The workouts are fully tailored to what your body needs. This is a workout experience like no other, not even comparable to what you would get at a commercial gym, Ben and Jeannie are very passionate and thorough with training, dieting and any questions or concerns one might have. Habitat is the best gym I’ve trained at. At 52, with menopause smacking me in the face (and belly) I decided to join a gym for the first time in my life. This place is genuinely great with good coaches and realistic goals that get you into a regular rhythym and establish a really healthy routine that works for you. (...) Having a proper trainer at Habitat changes everything. They hold you accountable, so you actually show up. They know their stuff inside out, so you’re doing exercises correctly and effectively, not just wandering around clueless.
